10th secretary of the Paris Bar Association Internship Conference Competition in 1981, William Bourdon is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and at the International Criminal Court.

William Bourdon works mainly in the field of criminal law: business criminal law, economic criminal law, international criminal law (in particular extradition law).

As part of his activity, he also works in the field of communication and media law (press and publishing law). He is involved in major civil and commercial litigation as well as in arbitration, often with an international dimension, as well as in matters of inheritance, social litigation and human rights.

After completing an internship in Judge Truchot's office at the Court of Justice of the European Union in 2010 and then at the Paris Public Prosecutor's Office in 2012, Bertrand Repolt joined the Firm in January 2013.
With a Master's degree in Political Science from Jamia Millia University (New Delhi), a Master's degree in Economic Law (with a focus on Economic Litigation and Arbitration, Sciences Po Paris, 2010) and a Master 2 in International Economic Relations Law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas, 2011), Bertrand Repolt practices mainly in the areas of business law, labour law and enforcement law (Paris II Panthéon-Assas, 2011).

After a stint at the Office of the Attorney General at the Court of Cassation and then with a law firm with Councils (SCP Waquet, Farge and Hazan), Vincent Brengarth joined the Firm in January 2015.
After earning a master's degree in private law (University Paris XIII — Sorbonne Paris Cité, 2012) (Paris XIII — Sorbonne Paris Cité, 2012), he then obtained a master's degree in criminal law and criminal sciences (Paris II — Panthéon-Assas, 2013).
Vincent Brengarth regularly publishes articles and columns related to legal news (Le Monde, Libération, Huffington, Dalloz news...). He is also the author of several books: “Reclaiming the right to disobedience” (Ed. Fayard, October 2021) and “Police violence. The duty to react” (Ed. Gallimard tracts, April 2022). In 2021, he was ranked by GQ magazine in the list of “lawyers who make a difference”.

After completing an internship in litigation at Fieldfisher, Alice Gourlay-Duplessis worked in the civil and commercial litigation department at Wilhelm & Associés, before joining the firm in October 2021.
Holder of a Master 1 in General Private Law (University Paris I — Panthéon Sorbonne, 2016) and a Master 2 in Advanced Heritage Law (University Paris I — Panthéon Sorbonne, 2017), Alice Gourlay-Duplessis also graduated with a criminal sciences certificate (Institute of Criminology and Criminal Law of Paris, University Paris II — Panthéon Assas, 2017).
She practices mainly in the areas of business law, civil law and enforcement law.

After completing several internships in law firms (Gutkès Avocats, Veil Jourde, August Debouzy) and within French courts (JIRS of the Fort-de-France Judicial Court, Section “Enforcement of Sentences and International Criminal Assistance” of the Paris Public Prosecutor's Office), Tahicia JOLY worked for the first time in a firm specialized in commercial, civil and criminal litigation before joining Bourdon & Associés in February 2023.
Holder of a Master I “Business Law” from Paris-Dauphine University, Tahicia JOLY is also a graduate of the Master's degree in “Judicial and Legal Careers” (CJJ) from Sciences Po Paris where she followed multidisciplinary courses in both civil and criminal matters.
Tahicia JOLY works mainly in the areas of commercial litigation, business criminal law and general criminal law.
Tahicia JOLY is fluent in English.

After completing the preparatory literary classes at Lycée Henri IV in Paris, then at the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon, where she obtained a Master 2 in philosophy, Colomba Grossi first worked for three years at France Culture.
It was after being a juror at the Assizes that she chose to become a lawyer and practice criminal law.
After several internships with criminal lawyers and a stint at the General Prosecutor's Office of the Paris Court of Appeal in the Extradition/European Arrest Warrants Department, she joined Bourdon & Associés in 2023.
She intervenes in all areas of criminal law, as well as in matters of public liberties.
She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Marie-Laure Dufresne-Castets a rejoint le cabinet en février 2020.

Titulaire d’un master 2 en droit fiscal des affaires (Université de Rennes 1), Nicolas Busin a débuté sa carrière en 2018 au sein du département fiscalité internationale de PwC Société d’Avocats.

En septembre 2021, il a rejoint le parquet national financier, où il a exercé les fonctions d’assistant spécialisé en droit pénal fiscal. Son champ d’intervention a ensuite été étendu à d’autres contentieux, notamment en matière d’atteintes à la probité.

Nicolas Busin s’est inscrit au Barreau de Paris et a rejoint le Cabinet en juin 2026.

Il intervient principalement en droit pénal général, droit pénal des affaires, ainsi qu’en matière de libertés fondamentales.

Claire BIANZINA

Associate lawyer, registered with the Paris Bar since 2025.

Holder of a Master 2 in Financial Criminal Law (University of Aix-Marseille), Claire BIANZINA has completed several internships in criminal law and business criminal law (Doumic Avocats, Visconti-Grundler & Artuphel, King & Spalding) and within French courts and administrations (National Financial Prosecutor's Office and National Directorate of Fiscal Investigations).

She also worked as a compliance lawyer at the French Development Agency, before joining the firm in December 2024.

Claire BIANZINA works mainly in the areas of general criminal law, business criminal law, press law and fundamental freedoms.

She is fluent in English.

Rodolphe CHAUVET

Formé en France, au Canada et en Russie (Sciences Po, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Université Laval et Université de Saint-Pétersbourg), Rodolphe intervient principalement en droit pénal et en droit du travail.

Il exerce également en droit de la presse ainsi qu’en contentieux civil et commercial.

Il accorde une importance particulière à la relation de confiance avec les clients, en veillant à rendre la procédure compréhensible et à construire une stratégie adaptée à chaque dossier.

Avant de rejoindrele cabinet, il a acquis une solide expérience au sein de cabinets pénalistes reconnus, du cabinet international Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, ainsi qu’auprès d’un magistrat de la cour d’appel de Paris..

Depuis 2026, à l’issue d’un concours d’accès exigeant, il est inscrit sur les listes des avocats volontaires au service de la défense pénale d’urgence du Barreau de Paris. Il intervient notamment en garde à vue, lors des interrogatoires de première comparution, des comparutions immédiates et des comparutions sur reconnaissance préalable de culpabilité, ainsi que devant le tribunal de police et le juge de l’application des peines. Il assure aussi bien la défense des personnes mises en cause que des plaignants. Souvent menées dans l’urgence et dans des contextes humains difficiles, ces interventions requièrent une maîtrise approfondie de la procédure pénale, essentielle à la protection effective des droits de chaque justiciable.
